facts unknown

There are many companies selling internet orders, obviously you don't know much about it.  What they did or did not do illegally--- which no one has posted as fact -- is their issue, and not the consumers.

If you can't be helpful move on---  there is nothing here for you---

IamGood-why comment?

Why are you even making comments since the situation appears to have nothing to do with you? Also smokers are not the reason health care costs keep rising. Read the stats...heart disease and the fact that people are living longer are the contributing factors.

I have read that they were raided by Tax Office, and ATF

Smokers:

These people were able to sell cigarettes so cheap because they were not charging the state taxes, and federal tobacco taxes to the clients.

It was only a matter of time before the Fed, and the State caught up to them.

All of you poor, grieving victims.  You knew they were selling tobacco products TAX FREE, and we all know you cannot legally avoid paying the taxes.

When I goggled the name of this company, it said TAX FREE CIGARETTS.

None of you will ever receive your money, or your products, but that is the risk of buying something illegally on the web.

Buy your cigs, legally and just pay the tax.  You guys are the main cause of health care costs rising so fast, because of how these things can kill.

Seems we are all in this and not even the Kentucky AG office is willing to help. Seems that all money was transferred overseas. This is after the AG office did not investigating.

I am a consumer that has also been burned by the company and did business with them for over 3 years. I am just as upset as everyone, but not sure what else can be done, except to file a civil suit and I do no have this kind of money to that.

At this time I do not have any suggestions on how to get our product or money back. Based on the ATF website, there is not any news on this raid.
