They charged us for upgrade the resorts a few years ago. Now they sent us a letter, with a new upgrade fees with explaination that the old management company did not know what they were doing. Now they have to charge us again for the new upgrade.

I am tired of it. I want to do a quit claim deed but they denied. I sent them email to customer service. They never reply.
