I am currently an employee of this company, I have worked here for four months and have never seen a commission check. Also, they have manually "adjusted" my time punches to shave my hours. I have been flat out lied to, threatened to have hundreds of dollars taken out of my pay, and in general treated like a slave rather than an employee. I am interested in joining any class action lawsuit against this company. I have collected photo evidence of time punch edits as well as documentation of pay structure and pay stubs. This company is taking advantage of a poor job market and economy and should be held accountable. It is people like Chris Kelley who are destroying this country with their greed and total lack of ethics.
