cellular express plus executive detail... authorized retailer for att no pay and wrongful termination orange park fl, Florida

I started working for cellular express plus in june of 2010, when i was hired with in the first week i was working alone in a store expected to close and open alone. I had no issues with this since i am a fast learner and the job was easy enough. I was promised over and over that i was going to be promoted bc i knew so much stuff and did such a wonderful job. When i started another girl started at the same time.. Chris Kelly and Bill Hunter( owner and GM) came in to the store and fired her bc she was over weight and they didnt like her voice. I thought it was wrong but i am a single parent and i need the money. I am also a full time student so i kept my mouth shut. When i started there was a big stink of someone stealing phones and such they figured out who did it and told everyone who came in customers and all.. they said she was going to jail and blah blah.. and people just kept talking. Aug 16 I had a customer who came in and was a bit irritated with att and was trying to do a transfer of liabilty no big deal except it was for a buisness and bc Cellular express plus is an authorized retailer we can only do certian things so i called a corperate store and the store manager was giving the run around this would be the store manager of the middleburg store near brennon feild blvd. I told the customer while she was on the phone with the store manager that the info was wrong bc i had delt with this before. He started yelling at me on the phone saying to stop calling me a liar. I told him sir the info you gave is wrong and makes no sense. He then asked for my manager i told him since no one is here but me.. I worked at this store 10 hours aday 5-6 days a week. He hung up.

My district manager called and asked for my story bc he called Chris Kelly and Bill Hunter I explained what happend. I was later told that i was on suspension and not to worry bc they never suspend they just fire. I have had so many customer compliments and customers that ask for me customers who praise me to my district manager. Never ever have i had a complaint ever! I am always 3-5 mins early i stay late when needed never called in. I would work for those who didnt show. Wed. i had not herd anything about the suspension the store manager told me to call bill Hunter to show good faith and explain my story and apologize for any confusion. I called and left a voice mail asking for him to call me back so we could discuss my suspension. I then got a call from the district manager telling me that i was fired for calling Bill Hunter who is the GM. !!!!! Bill never called me back. Come aug. 22 i was waiting for my first commisson check . I was paid 300 dollars. my commission for the month of july was over 1200.00 they subtracted the hourly for the month of july which they had already paid me for from my commisson check, when i was shown the print out of my hours it showed i had over time I had printed my hours on july 31st to make sure i wasnt messed with, someone added hours to my hours so they wouldnt have to pay me. ON sept 7th my hourly for aug came i was paid .14 cent... i had 8 hours of a work week in this pay period and my ytd hours says 36 on the stub when my last stub said 197.!!!! they screwed me out of my money and they continue to screw people that still currently work there bc they have no choice due to the economy!

also one day i logged on the internet to do my job and poped in a training disk that was sent from home office and porn pops up .. i was so offended... they are bull shitters.. they lie lie lie lie lie... and if your a customer reading this  YOU ARE PAYING MORE WITH THEM WITH FEES AND EVERYTHING ELSE THEN YOU WOULD IF YOU JUST WENT TO A CORPERATE STORE... THEY ALSO CAN WAIVE A 40 DOLLAR FEE FOR EARLY UPGRADES!!! DONT LET THEM TELL YOU DIFFERENT THEY CAN DISCOUNT PHONES AS WELL... THEIR PRICES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD HIGH.. THEY WILL GET YOU HOOK LINE AND SINKER!! PLEASE BEWEAR OF THEM... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE HEAT TO WHAT I SAY!!!IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS LEAVE IT BELOW I WILL ANSWER

FOR A SAMSUNG CAPTIVATE THATS THE NEWEST PHONE OUT OR THE NEW BLACK BERRY WE MAKE 7.00 OFF EACH PHONE SOLD CHRIS KELLY MAKES 150 DOLLARS OFF EACH PHONE OUT OF THE 150 WE GET 7.00 ...
