Cellular Express Plus I got rippped off from 3 yrs ago when they only offered me store credit on a blue tooth and recently would not honor this store credit! Lake Wales Florida

I bought a blue tooth from Cellular Express Plus back in January 2006, immediately found out that it did not work for me and returned it within 2 to 3 weeks. I was surprised when I was told I could only get store credit -- which was not mentioned at all when I made the purchase. After a month or two, I was talking to an ATT agent over the phone due to technical problems with my cellphone and during the course of the conversation, stated that I should have been able to get a refund for my money instead of just a store credit. For the next few months thereafter, I have been contacting CEP, have talked to different employees, even to a regional manager, who were all supposed to get back in touch with me regarding a refund. Well, guess what, nobody ever got back in touch with me.

Fast forward to January 2009. I needed to replace my current cellphone, so I thought I would use my store credit. To my dismay, I was told that I could no longer use the store credit because it's about 3 years old. Now, how am I supposed to know that? There was no such written stipulation nor did they inform me years ago when they issued me this store credit! I talked to the store manager who promised to call me back and informed me that he is not the type of person who does not return calls (I had told him about my previous experiences with his company) but guess again -- no return calls!

I am fed up with this company and I have filed a complaint against them with Better Business Bureau. They have not responded to the complaint at all. I am writing this in the hope of warning people against doing business with them. I leave it to God to deal with people like these!
