Went to Cellular Outfitters because they offered an impossibly good deal for a charger.
I should have known somethingwas wrong when they wouldn't tell me the shipping and handling charges until after I finished paying (they were insane, BTW, but I'd still have made the purchase because the cheap charger more than made up for it).
However, after I noticed they billed me twice for it, I went back to the website to complain... Turns out the order was never processed at all! They billed me twice for a product that I will not even be getting!
Their customer service has been no help. They just tell me they are not responsible and thanks for being a customer. I am simple SOL on the entire thing. It's too little money to make it a legal issue, which is probably how they operate. No one is going to sue over $18. I will write a rip-off report, though.
