Cellular Outfitter Horrible service: no order, no response, no live person to talk to Internet Internet

I submitted an online order on October 9, received an "order confirmation email" a few hours later...then--nothing.  Because I had yet to receive an email that my order had shipped (site says "ships in 24 hours!!"), I sent an email to ask  "where's my stuff?" on Wednesday the 13th. No response.  I called customer service on October 14 to follow up. The rep said I had ordered a custom phone case (I did?? Since when? I had no idea.) Rep informed me my case was "drying" and should be mailed that Friday or Monday at the latest.

Friday the 23rd I called three times and was put on hold for 12 minutes, 15 minutes, and 18 minutes. Never spoke with a live person. After holding for 18 minutes the line automatically connects to voicemail. I left a voicemail (in which I unabashedly expressed my frustration and disappointment).  No response. No email, no return phone call. 

On Monday the 26th I called again.  On hold AGAIN for 14 minutes and 18 minutes---again getting the voice mailbox.  Left another message---"cancel my order," "you guys are horrible,' "will tell everyone I know not to use you..." Etc, etc, etc.

Convinced this is not a legitimate organization. Total ripoff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  They do not care at all about taking care of their customers.
