CellularOutfitter Ordered once,received twice incl.items I did not order. Outrageous shipping, more than product. Shipped the incorrect order priority mail. Orange CA

I ordered a cell phone gel cover, a screen protector with an extra cell phone gel and a free stylus pen.  Recieived two separate shipments.

First shipment had an item I would have never even thought about ordering, an oversized executive case.  Product worth $8 shipping $13.97.  Shipping more than product AND they sent it priority mail.

Second shipment arrived 2-3 days later.  It was what I ordered, however I did not sign up for $9.97 for $7.07 worth of product.

Called and spoke with someone rude.  She told me I would NOT get refunded for the outrageous shipping charges, they use a flat rate.  And I could return the unwanted product at my own expense for a refund of that particular item.

It appears that they want the money and customer satisfaction is not even a concern.  And rude to talk with as well.  Had four charges in odd amounts deducted from my paypal account.
