cellunlocker.net cellunlocker complete d****e either vancouver or Seattle WA, has po boxes every Internet

Hi I am updating after a really long time. Here is what  I can tell about cellunlocker.net  (cellunlocker dot net).

This guy's alleged name is allegedly Kim Young.

although he uses various addresses, and its alleged that he  either lives in Vancouver , BC , Canada and has a PO box in Washington State, USA or vice-versa. (Washington state and Canada (BC) short drive away from the Canadian border.)

Here is my story with this loser, and how I dealt with this bozo, and god it was tough.

1. Gave me non working  code .
2. Sent him video showing non-working code.
3. Gave me run-around for 2 weeks.
4. Pissed off I told him give my money back he refused. -in fact he dared me to  complain to PayPal saying they will do nothing to him.
5. Paypal refused to give me money back stating its a service. (was it over ...nope).

6. Filed a complaint with the Washington AG office  (with a carbon copy sent to) the British Columbia AG's office, and the CBC Marketplace, and paypal.com

7. In this letter I asked them to investigate whether this guy is on the books and files declarations with the Canada Revenue Agency or the IRS.

I am busy with exams someone please follow through and go to

i.  CBC marketplace,
ii.  Canada Revenue Agency
iii. IRS
iv. British Columbia AG office / Washington state AG office.
v. reference BBB/Angie's List / ripoffreport.com and prior .AG complaint.
vi. Note the fact that he does not have any recorded corporate listing.

It takes a bit of work , but that is what he's hoping for that you won't take the time to notify the authorities about him, doe to the effort required.
