I ordered a code to unblock my cellphone and the code didn't worked, they promise "100% Guaranteed or your money back!" so they send you an email to fill it out to request the refund and a proof by video, but to start, the email form doesn't work you can't upload the video, so I decided to send a link showing the phone and the code and the phone says "code request unssuccsesfull" I mean what else do I have to proof?? and they says:
