June 4, 2007-informed by Julie Miller-Loan officer-that I was approved for a $5000 loan, but the lender was requesting 6 months of payments upfront. (totally $930 plus the $14.16 fee to send the money moneygram) I sent the money on June 7, 2007 and gave Julie the necessary sending numbers to confirm the money was sent. Julie informed me that I would receive a call on Friday morning at 10a to confirm that my money would be deposited in my account by 2pm and arrange how I would be making my monthly payments beginning January 2008.
I called the customer service on Friday afternoon-after receiving no phone call-to confirm the loan would be in my account by 2pm. I was informed by "Ben" that there was a problem with my loan and that the lender was requesting another 6 months of payments before they would disperse the loan of $5000. When I confirmed that, that was an unfair request after I was guarenteed the loan was approved and would be funded-he said that he would issue a refund to be dispursed June 15, 2007-because they only cut refund checks once a month. I was promised by "Ben" that he would fax me a letter to this effect for my landlord and I am still waiting on that letter.
I continue to wait for verification from this company that the check will be sent-I will look for the money on Saturday-but fear that my ignorance got the best of me. How do people like this even look at themselves in the mirror!
This was my money to pay my rent and feed the family-I hope this stops someone else from buying into this scam!!!

We were ripped off too by a lisa miller and ben fisher - they finally did fax me a paper saying i would recieve my refund however - i doubt i will get that! if i do get a check which is supposed to come fed ex'd over night then the check will be fake!! contact the missouri better business bureau as they are aware of this company now - or go online and fill out a report - contact the FBI and the FTC these people need to be stopped!!!

We were ripped off too by a lisa miller and ben fisher - they finally did fax me a paper saying i would recieve my refund however - i doubt i will get that! if i do get a check which is supposed to come fed ex'd over night then the check will be fake!! contact the missouri better business bureau as they are aware of this company now - or go online and fill out a report - contact the FBI and the FTC these people need to be stopped!!!
