I applied for a couple of personal loans over the internet to help me get out of debt. I was contacted by Mr. Debow stating that i was guarnteed a loan but i had to pay 4 months in advance. I told Peter to give me a day or two that i would try to come up with the money.
After two days I called him back and he faxed me some paper work to my job and instructed me to send it in signed with my driver license and my social. After doing so he instructed me on how and who to send the money to. After I sent the monies he told me that my money would be sent via certified check the next day.
i wanted and about two days passed i had not recieved my money. i called peter back and he told me to speak with someone named ben and ben told me that i would need to send another 900 in and i told him no please refund my money. Ben told me that my money would be refuned to me on June 15, 2007 and i have not recieved it yet and now everytime i call the number i get no answer. There should be some kind of way for hardworking people like myself and others to be refunded all or some of there monies. We work hard and do not deserve to be scammed like we are.

You want to borrow to get out of debt?

I think you were scammed and can kiss your money good-bye.
I'm troubled that you state you wanted a loan to "get out of debt." How does borrowing money get you out of debt. The concept of a loan is just that, a loan - you have to pay it back.
Unless you had no intention of ever paying the loan off in the first place.
