CENTRAL CREDIT SERVICES Non-responsive to my inquiry of an unknown medical debt ST CHARLES Missouri

I have tried contacting them numerous times about a medical debt that appears on my credit report for over $5,000.00. I finally got to talk to a live person once, they were unable to locate the file by searching by my social security number. I have them all the information that was listed on my credit report including their file # that was listed on the credit report pulled by my bank. They were still unable to locate the file. I have left numerous phone messages asking someone to please return my phone call. It has been over a year and still no one has returned a call, mailed me a letter or has contacted me about what this medical debt is for. It is hard to resolve an issue or a debt if no one will contact you.
