Central Ohio Affordable Appliances Didn't uphold warranty. Avoided all communication. Refund delayed. Grove City Ohio

I bought a used washing machine from Central Ohio Affordable Appliances. I was told that all appliances had been tested and were in good working order. I was also told there is a "30 day fix it or replace it" warranty. 

All contact seemed great until I got the washer home and it did not work. I called and was told they would have someone out to look at it. No one ever came. ALL text messages, voicemails, and phone calls were ignored. I had to go to the store to actually talk to anyone. The run-around lasted for about 2 weeks.

A time was arranged to return the washer, since I was getting nowhere with the warranty (I had to drive to the store to arrange a time since they were not answering their phone). I arranged a truck and drove half an hour to return the washer only to find that they decided to close early that day without telling me. Then, after many phone calls to figure out what to do, the person turned off their phone. I had no choice but to leave the washer there, on the sidewalk...overnight. 

As far as a refund goes, it was more of the same. No response. I finally drove up there without notice and got my money back. All in all it was about a month of hassle. They advertise on Craigslist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
