Central Ohio Affordable Appliances Failed to honor warranty, ignored all contact. Grove City Ohio

Judith M. Seipel owns Central Ohio Affordable Appliances. You can search her phone number (614-980-3344) on Columbus Craigslist to find her listsings. She was very quick to return my call to make the sale, and delivered the Washer and Dryer the next day. 

I contacted Judy the day after sale explaining the dryer was not working properly. I did not get a response, and I did not get a response the next day either. This went on for a few days, until she texted me back. Then nothing for a few more days. 

Judy came to my house to do repairs on May 19th. She took a part of the dryer with her, said she would be back by noon. She did not return nor has she contacted me since. I have made several attempts to reach Judy, no return contact has been made. 

During the sale, I was made aware of a 30 day warranty, I am closing in on 3 weeks. I was also not given a reciept. I have called Judy everyday since, I have only recieved a few texts back with no solution. I'm ignored for days at a time.  

I am unable to fix the dryer at this time due to Judy taking a part and not returning.
