Judith M. Seipel owns Central Ohio Affordable Appliances. You can search her phone number (614-980-3344) on Columbus Craigslist to find her listsings. She was very quick to return my call to make the sale, and delivered the Washer and Dryer the same day. 

I contacted Judy that night of the sale explaining the washer was not working properly. I got that the workers would bring out another washer to my home to exchange for the washer that I purchased and that they would be out the next day. The next day comes and didnt hear anything from anyone so I called and texted again several days and various times throughout the days and I did not get a response . This went on for a few days, until she texted me back. Then nothing for a few more days.  I have made several attempts to reach Judy, no return contact has been made. 

During the sale, I was made aware of a 30 day warranty,I purchased this a week and a half ago. I was also not given a reciept. I have called Judy everyday since, I have only recieved a few texts back with no solution. I'm ignored for days at a time.  

I am unable to use the washer at this time due to it sounds like the walls are gonna come apart when in the spin cycle and is not able to get a reply from Judy or a representative.
