Central Support And Savings ripped off for $299 and savings. they offered a preapproved mastercard for 1 time payment of $299, but sent a box of junk mail. Champlain New York

I recieved a call from Central support and savings. They stated that I was pre approved for a mastercard with a credit of $2000. A one time fee of $299 a one time charge was all I needed to pay for this card. I recieved a box containing advertisements to places I will go and other junk mail. There was a form that for $ 24.00 you could recieve a pay as you go visa. This is not what i spent $ 299 for. I would not pay 2 cents for the junk they sent. I don't know if this is mail fraud, phone fraud, bank fraud or all 3. I just want my money back and this place needs to be investigated. K Christopher
