I was absolutely appauled by this company represented by "Gordy"

It all sounded good till I got to talk to him. Then he changed this from 6 months to 60 months for said amount. He then would not allow me to talk to a supervisor said that he was the only person I would be talking to. He also would not give me a number to call them back. He was talking and talking while I was telling him no and then continued with the fact that you can't cancel with them on the phone. I would receive a "welcome" package in the mail with the customer service number in my state. They are in Montana and I live in another state.
I asked if they were with the BBB. He said no.
Then told me I couldn't cancel because I couldn't give him a validated reason for cancelling the order. Ummmmmm ....

It was a downright shame that they can actually do this!!!!!
I wish I would have found the report of them first hand.

are u serious???what would our company benifit from telling u it was a 6 month service...60 months and 3.99 are stressed about 30 times in the whole call

90 percent of the time when any of the customers read the welcome package and realize what they got themselves into its because NONE OF YOU LISTEN!!

eveything is fully recorded 100 percent....and because u dont listen and understand what is being told u put the bad name on US...do u sign a document without reading the fine print???....NO....so whats the diff?
