Certegy Payment Recovery Services Certgegy Fraudulent Billing Unfair collection practices dishonest St. Petersberg Florida

Certegy Payment Recovery Services has been trying to collect on a $64.00 check for 9 months, that they state did not clear my bank.

The check did in fact clear and we have provided ample proof of this. IE copy of the cleared check letters from our bank stating it cleared phone calls from our bank stating it cleared.

They are still calling me at least once a day sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Sometimes it's a recording and sometimes its a person and they seem to not read any notes before calling because we have to re-explain every single time we talk to them what the situation is.

If anyone knows of any recorse we can take. we are unable to write checks at several places (anywhere that uses certegy to guarantee their checks) We hardly ever write checks so when we go into a store and they say they can't take our check it's very embarrassing, and wrong!
