Certified Financial Protection Group, LLC Cons and deceiving company Temecula, California

My husband and I would like to warn the public about Certified Financial Protection Group LLC.  They ripped us off for the amount of $3999.99 and they also helped to put us back on our mortgage for five months.  If we did not follow up with the loan process, we would have lost our house of 19 years.  All our years of hard work and trying for years to own our own home would have been lost because of C.F.P.G. negligence and unprofessional conduct.  Their customer service is rated as an "F".  They don't respond or answer your calls and emails on time.  C.F.P.G. keeps saying we never contacted them or return their calls, when in fact, it was C.F.P.G., who never responds to their customers on a timely manner.  They told my daughter that we never sent a letter to them about getting a refund from them.  I wrote an email to them and got a letter stating that they would look into it.  We never got a reply from that email either.
