I am writing in hopes that no one else will use Certified Financial Protection Group, LLC. They told my parents that they could help them refinance their mortgage in June of 2009. it is now august of 2009, and they still have not done anything to help. My parents are hard working and loving people. They worked so hard throughout their lives to get a home of their own. Why would anyone do this to scam people out of their money.
To get back to the situation at hand, they were always in contact with my parents in the beginning, but since they sent their money in, they are not reachable. I am even more mad because I almost sent my money in to do the same procedure. Till today they have not done a single thing to help the cause.
I am really mad that there are companies, or so called companies out there that would do this.
PLEASE PLEASE if anyone out there is filing a suit or anything please share with those of us who got suckered into this cruel act.

Today is August 4th, 2010, and my parents are out of $4000.00. It is really sad because no one at Certified Financial Protection Group, LLC. is answering a phone call. They all pass the blame. They all claim that my parents backed out of the deal, but they were forced to because if not they would of lost their home. I am so mad that someone would do this to a hurting economy. Please count me in for any class action suit.
