Be careful, authentic luxury watch but obviously not new (advertised as new). So prices are related to refurbished models.
I purchased on october 30, 2009 a "high caliber" watch from the company (www.certifiedwatchstore.com) on the express representation that the watch was genuine and new. I received the watch on Nov 11. On November 26th, manufacture certified watch repair center, after reviewing the watch concluded that the bezel has been poorly refurbished and polished and the watch has been opened for some reason, and then the person misaligned the screws when put it back together.
It is:
- fraudulent misrepresentation,
- false advertising,
- deceptive commercial practice under Section 349 of the N.Y. Business Law Statute,
Today, waste of money is for me more than 1000 USD with this company; waisted time and energy is considerable too in my job and I'm now with my lawyer to solve my issue with them.
False advertising and deceptive commercial practice is my feeback on certifiedwatchstore.com.

After further review, It has been confirmed that their watches are in fact Brand New and in box and my situation is not usual for certified watch store. It was a just a misunderstanding. Certifiedwatchstore.com gladly refunded the full amount and the matter is now 100% resolved. I am happy with the outcome and are glad it turned out the way it did. Certifiedwatchstore.com does not sell refurbished watches.
