Certified Watch Store (CWS) has lost my watch (order no. 86961 3/27/14) I sent for warranty issues. I have had the Rado watch for about 2 years and had multiple defect issues. This would have been the 4th repair attempt. They claim they have not received my watch and have moved. I mailed the watch to their last address from April 2015 RMA under which repair attempt was made. I am not sure how often they move or what kind of business operation they have. I have sent a notice to Amazon to discontinue their business relations with CWS. I feel they are fishy, unethical, and have poor record keeping, and of course one of the worst customer service experiences. I would not buy any product from them regardless of how cheap it is and I hope future customers are careful in their investment on this store.

We have spoken to the customer numerous times and they have not been able to provide tracking that states that the order was delivered to our warehouse.
In fact the tracking provided states "Your item was delivered at 10:12 am on October 23, 2015 in FORT BELVOIR, VA 22060. The item was signed for by S SUDHIR."
As we are located in Brooklyn NY and have always been in Brooklyn there is no way we ever had possession of the customers order. As of January 2016 the customer has not been available to provide any sort of tracking information confirming a delivery in Brooklyn.
We are sorry that the customer is upset but how can we repair the customers watch when he's had the possession of the watch since 10/23/2015.

We are sorry for the customer's trouble but we have not been given any tracking information that proves that the order was delivered to our warehouse. In fact the tracking provided by the customer states "Your item was delivered at 10:12 am on October 23, 2015 in FORT BELVOIR, VA 22060. The item was signed for by S SUDHIR."
As we are located in Brooklyn NY there is no way we ever had possession of the customers order.
We have called the customer's local post office on a conference call with the customer and the post office confirmed that the parcel was delivered in VA. We have asked the customer numerous times for a tracking that shows delivery in Brooklyn NY and they have been unable to do so. We have asked the customer to file a claim in regards to this matter with their local post office and they have refused.
We are more than willing to assist with this matter and cannot wait for the return of the watch so this can be resolved appropriately.
