We signed up for Paradise Today, a discount travel package, and received a "free trip" as a sign up award. We received information from Certs, Inc. and filled out all of the information correctly and submitted our $372 in fees and a refundable deposit. We were to get a 3 night stay at a Marriott Hotel and free airfare. We have not heard back from them and cannot get in touch with them about details.

This is a scam which is probably involved with the Paradise Today Travel package which is most likely a scam as well, but that is another report. We want our money back and do not know how to proceed.
