CERTS, Inc. COMPANY IS A FRAUD. RIPOFF. Orlando, Florida

After attending the time share presentation at one of Eastern Pennsylvania hotels we received a promotional gift of Vacation Getaway for 3 days and 2 nights accommodations at one of over 600 hotels within the USA. I followed the Terms and Conditions exactly the Certs, Inc has requested. I sent them two money orders in the total amount of $130.85. I have copies of the money orders and certified mail receipts from the Post Office. 

After more than 3 months we received a letter that our 2 sets of dates are not available and we should select other dates or another location. September 15, 2009 was the last time I was able to speak to someone at the company. I told them I don't want to wait anymore and the rep said to send written request to cancel and ask for refund which I did on September 16, 2009.
Since then I've tried to contact them by phone at 1-866-292-0099 numerous times at no avail. They always have a recording like you are calling outside the business hours. I call them during the business hours.
I am extremely upset and disheartened. This is a complete Travel scam
