First off, punctuation is your friend (and mine). That report was nearly indecipherable.
" if your payment is due on one day they call you the next day and keep calling you until you cant take it anymore "
Lord knows if that was a sentence, but here goes. You've noticed that they only call you when your payment is late. Also that they call you until you can't take it anymore. Can you think of a situation where they wouldn't need to call you at all? Think hard.

Why did you ask the pay off amount on a loan that you are unable to keep current?

Why did you buy a car?
I can see from your wonderful example of "creative writing" and your exemplary grammar, sentence structure and punctuation, you'd be better off paying for a fourth grade education.
