Was it the lender or the borrower that failed to honor the terms of the financial agreement?

 Whoever is the author of the rebuttals has proven my point! Don't use this finance company! That is how C&F view they're customers as "deadbeats"! Just because someone is a month late does not classify that person as a "deadbeat"! Life happens, as well as, problems in life happens! So,when a financial company will not even work with you due to problems that may arise in a person's life "BUYER BEWARE"! This company will not work with a person,they are rude,and they do not have any customer appreciation! So to the author of the rebuttals!God bless you! And have a nice day!

They stay in business by charging high interest rates to those that haven’t earned the privilege of low rates. They also stay in business by protecting their assets through vehicle repossession and by pursuing deadbeats in court.

 Wow!!! C&F even has their own Einstein to post rebuttal rude comments along with their rude customer service! I'm so proud of you!

So then, they charge you LATE FEES when you are late.  Isn't that such a hard to understand policy!  Then, they repo the car when you are late.  Wow.  That's so hard to understand.  Then they won't "help" you like your mother would.  How cruel and heartless.  To top things off, they sue you for the remainder of the contract balance!  Imagine that.  Oh yes, they circumvent due process and don't bother to serve you for the lawsuit.  How incredible.

Well guess what, Einstein?  If you don't want to deal with ANY of these things, its a very simple remedy...don't bring them upon yourself.  In other words, pay your bills on time!
