Challenger Pools Failed several inspection, failed to have work done on time, failed to make appointments, horrible customer service tampa Florida

We hired this pool company in February to have a pool built in 6 weeks. They failed inspections, failed to make appoinments with us, failed to have the pool completed within the allotted time left trash all over our yard and privided horrible customer services. The owner's grandson scheduled to come to my house to install the alarms and failed to come at the correct time. When we left work to meet him on time and found he was gone we called the company to have him return. He made a big deal and complined that he cannot return for another month. The pool is not finished and the bank is going to pull the loan.
