company promised pool construction would be complete in three to four months. we signed off to begin construction on 12/13/05 and were promised no delays even if we added addendums to our project. they filled my pool on 4/18/06 but major workmanship issues have not been fixed (1) my pools is leaking water (2)my brick pavers were installed used and damaged. (3)the pool marcite has craters and various imperfections.(4)the lanai frame has 50 black marks from using the wrong color touch up paint.(5)the coping has a black mark from a leaking sharpie. here we are 5/26/06 and the issues described above have not been resovled.
