Before you are swayed by any salesperson, please read, and heed my warnings. Damaged/Missing/Chipped/Gapping/Moving Pavers because they were improperly installed and never sealed. Pool finish chipping and discolored. Destruction of ecosystems without care. Pipes Leaked

No information on warranty

No idea how to run pool if it was finished no chemicals provided no instruction given.

Fountain never painted and seams already cracked 100%

We are told they will come repair, they dont.  We are asked did we miss the repair?  We are asked to take pictures and forward.  Anything to further inconvenience customer leaving the so called management team to do nothing.

We have fire ants on what is the "deck" area that are pulling up the mason sand as well as the base of the deck to build their ant hills.

Screen room has issues as well. 

Entirely too many issues to cite here... we feel ripped off, screwed, betrayed, and lied to...(repeatedly)

This is an overpriced swimming pool General Contractor that hires scab labor.  It took us a year to pay this pool off, and we feel like they just took our money and ran.  We worked very had, too hard to let Challenger Pool ripoff another consumer.
