Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered motorcycle jacket and was given an order number. Tried to call to check on status of order numerous times over the period of two days and got no answer. I emailed them 5 times and have yet to reciieve and answer. This appears to be one sorry a** company to not answer phone calls or emails.

I did send multiple emails directly to your email address, admin@charityleathers.com. I have still not received any response or the item that I ordered. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company but so far they have been unable to recover the money from you. I am only a few miles away from you in Arizona yet I still have had no response regarding ORDER NUMBER: 21591 20th January 2017. NOW I WILL HAVE TO REPORT YOU TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. Charity my a*s. Nothing but a RIP-OFF!!

I am sorry you had a poor experience with our company, as far as the phone goes I think you may be dialing the wrong number. As far as the emails go, I apologize but we just recently found out that our contact form on our website has not been working correctly. we are working to fix the problem.
