*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Charity leather is not a ripoff!
I ordered they set the time for delivery. when that time arrived no one would answer the phone and still have not answered the phone. Now they won't respond to emails and only one email was responded at all phil sinner said the warehouse was out and it would go out priority yesterday this is now tuesday once again no phone answered no email answered this is not acceptable i told them in several emails they could just refund my money and as usual no response what a shock. Bad way to do business.

I apologize but we have recently had an issue with our supplier and have had several instances where we were out of stock. we usually keep all items in stock but as I said recently had an issue. my records indicate you have receieved a full refund. If you have not seen the refund on your account please email us directly at the address below. we have recently had issues with the contact form on our website not working properly so i apologize, but we probably did not receive your communication. this is an isolated instance and please realize we have several thousand customers and are going to have a few complaints like any company. we have several thousand satisfied customers and this incident does not represent the philosphy of our company. we have raised thousands of dollars for charity and are proud of the work we do. again I apolgize for the negative experience you have had. again, if you have not seen the credit email us directly and we will make sure it is handled properly.
