I apologize for this problem you have had. according to my records the order has been refunded because we were out of stock on the item. we work hard to keep all items in stock but just like other companies from time to time we run out. if you have not received a refund please email us and we will be glad to look into it and make sure you have your money back. we have raised thousands for charity and appreciate all our customers. We have thousands of happy customers, but unfortuneatly the only time you hear from them is when there is a problem. you dont see the hundreds of positive reviews we have when you read a report like this. we bend over backwards for our customers. again I apologize for your poor experience. but realize that a few complaints are not a good representation of the many thousands of satisfied customers that we have served over the years. we have recently found that our contact form was not working on our website and are working to fix it. please send a direct email to the address below so we can address this issue.
