Charity Leather aks Leather Merchants aka phil Sinner Ordered a jacket and two pair of chaps April of 2016 they continue to send me the wrong item I sent them back at my cost and I am now waiting on one jacket numerous attempts receive a check or the jacket has failed Phil keeps using big excuses like the warehouses for the warehouse is empty I don't even think he has a warehouse he is no longer taking my emails Internet

 In April of 2016 I ordered two pair of chaps and 1 jacket from charityleather. Com. I received no jacket and wrong size chaps I returned at my cost and I'm yet waiting on one jacket and this is September of 2016 numerous attempts to collect my check return to my credit card or an email from Phil sinner has failed.

Customer did not follow size charts and ordered wrong chaps, we exchanged them for her, she wanted a different jaqcket, I explained to her that the particular jacket originates from pakistan as we have jackets from usa, china nand pakaistan. i have explained that the warehouse is waiting for overseas shipment, it takes a long time to manufacture and ship from pakistan. i told her we were out of stock when she asjed for tge jacket. also as far as shipping costs. the customer pays to ship to us and we pay to ship to the customer. I hasve heard nothing from customer for quite a while. If she prefers a refund instead of waiting that is fine, but she needs to communicate that to us instead of filing a ripoff rfeport. noone has been ripped off.
