I was contacted via email by Charles Petty and his band of scammers claiming that they could teach people how to buy and sell houses 'wholesale' via internet. The deal sounded legitimate as I have bought and sold several houses in the 'wholesale' market over the years. His course instructing how to automate the business using the interenet sounded reasonable.
Bad news, the info was nothing but regurgitated overpriced hype that I could have gotten free or very cheaply with a RE investing book at the bookstore. I paid $997 for this baloney. 
No problem, or so I thought, as there was an iron clad money back GAURANTEE from Mr Petty claiming that returns within 30 days would be given a full refund.
Well, here I am nearly a yr later and no refund has been sent. I talked with several 'customer service' reps at the company and they actually gauranteed me in writing that I would get my refund.
I will attach the email strings of correspondence with the Petty organization as well as with Julia Magiore with corporate disk company-proving that the mateial was returned within the time frame allowed under the gaurantee.
This organization needs to be stopped, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Please see attached emails, if you send these people money you will get nothing in return but heartburn. Ultimately, these poeple will end up in jail, hopefully, for fraudulent business practices. I hope they sleep well at night knowing that they are ripping people off each and every day.

Chris,   Please call me regarding my refund. 303 502 7772. This situation has been ongoing since November 2008. I have done what I was supposed to do, now your company needs to make good on the money back gaurantee as written. I need a check from your accounting department tomorrow. If nothing happens this week, I will be paying your company a personal visit to collect. Thank you.

Chris,   Still nothing... This has been dragging on for over 6 months. Your company will be rewarded with banckruptcy and you will lose your job in time. Your company is a despicable excuse for an organization. I will do whatever I can to bad mouth and break up your organization going forward. This is ridiculous.
