Charles and Kim Petty hired us, 247VirtualAssistant.com to be their Virtual Assistants couple of months ago. After using the  service for a couple of months their credit card couldn't be processed because it came back with insufficient funds. When Charles was approached regarding this he said he's working on getting a new account and will update it as soon as he has it. he also asked us not to discontinue his service because he needed it. We obliged and after 30 days he still didn't update his account. We approached him again and he blamed him account mr william black(accounts@visionarypublishing.com) and told me to talk to him.

After much back and forth where mr. black said he'll make sure payment comes thru as well as getting our paypal info so that he can send money there. after a couple of emails back and forth he went quite as well all the while owing us close to $800 dollars in  services rendered.

After looking at ripoff report i noticed that we're not the only one's who were taken advantage of by these frauds. I plan to file a suit against charles petty, kim petty(his wife) ,william black(his accountant) and his company visionary publishing for fraud and i was wondering if anyone else who was cheated out of their money would like to join in? I'm collecting information on them and any info from other people who they hav cheated would be of immense help. please let me know because these guys need to be stopped!
