I invested $15,000 with Charles Petty through my IRA with Equity Trust Company in October 2007.  He called me PERSONALLY and stated I would be paid 18% interest every quarter. 

I was NEVER paid any interest whatsoever.  They never bothered to communicate in any way, shape or form!  I figured since the market turned, I would still be able to get my money when my note matured in October 2009; since he was a national real estate guru, I figured he would surely keep his word  .... right?   NOT!!!!   I STILL received no payment or any type of explanation!

I have sent these folks many "strong" emails telling them that I want my money back with the interest owed to me.  They answered me once stating that the market turned and they would cash me out at the beginning of this year.  The funny thing about this is that they still send broadcast faxes out to people asking for money to invest in their notes  ... at 18%!!!  If the market turned and you're having problems paying folks, WHY in the world are you STILL asking for more of their money ... and promising interest you stated you're having problems paying?!?!?! 

It's the middle of January 2010, still no money or communication!  I've emailed them twice within the last 3 days, but they've ignored my emails.   I am getting ready to engage in a strong campaign to expose this b*****d and his business practices!   You don't take hard working people's money and flush it down the toilet!  He is a piece of sh*t ... he needs to be in jail ... and will be exposed!
