Chase Home Finance Dept - Chase Home Finance They claimed we Defaulted,WE made good,THEY FORECLOSED anyway.... Columbus Ohio

We were in a chapter 13 bankruptcy to keep our home and pay our creditors. for 2 yrs all was ok when chase told our attorney we were in defaut(4/06) and had been since Jan.'06 and did i know anything about it?Itold the atty.the only thing was we closed our acct. @ WAMU and did call Chase to make sure the ck.cleared,it had appeared to per chase,we asked for a call back if did not,yes said she.no call after 1 wk all's current,so we think,chase said to cure the default of $356.00 and we did as instructed.In Dec of the same year,12/22/06 we were informed by the man who bought our home @ auction we had 10 days to vacate. We never new a thing neither. Nothing was sent to us by our atty.,no call~ nodda!We're still here,but by chance of another atty,which we need to obtain financing soon to by it back from him.I have all payment history from chase,bank statements,cancelled cks front/back fr bank,proff the default pamnt was cashed by deadline.we even made 2 pamnts in Jan to be safe,cashier cks to boot,it took a month or so to post them to our acct.I wonder if we would of been in this whole mess if we would of not even gave them a heads up?
