Chase Home Finance Chase is trying to collect debts protected under chapter 13. Columbus, Ohio

I wrote my local representative, and she in turn forwarded to a Federal Representative.  They took my information and now we'll see what happens.  I'd love to see how Chase responds to a Federal Inquiry?  Non of my payments have been posted.  I do have receipts.  I wonder why Chase chooses not to post them?

I'm tired of Chase not posting my June 2010 mortgage payment.  I'm tired of Chase not posting my July 2010 mortgage payment even though it was mailed in June 2010.  I'm tired of Chace not posting an extra certified mortgage payment of $1709.55 mailed on July 16, 2010.  I'm tired of Chase expecting me to answer all their questions, and not answering any of mine because I didn't provide them with a zip code which they have on record.  I'm tired of you Case!  I will continue to make my payments until court time and we will see how foolish you will look.

I found that my credit report has been updated to report Narrative Code 1  "Account Involved In Chapter 13 Debt Adj."  "Narrative Code 2 changed to: Fannie Mae Account" Identity Guard just notified me of this.  Chase dated this as of 06/2010.  What does this mean?  Why did Chase backdate this change?  I called Chase Friday, July 16, 2010.  Now instead of $1524.55 They want $1709.55.  They want this amount in Certified Check.  They also told me that my checks have been bouncing.  I checked my  account and there has been no bounced checks.  My last two checks have not been cashed.  Why do they lie?  I asked him to send me an accounting for the last two years.  In any case, I decided to pay them and fight them later.  I went to the local Chase bank at Orange City.  They would not take my Cashiers check in the amount of $1709.55.  They claim that I would have to mail it because my account was in a "lock box".  I don't know what that means.  In any case, I told them to accept the check and mail it themselves.  I don't trust Chase.  They can claim that they never received the check.  I received a receipt from the local bank's assistant manager for $1709.55.  She said the bank will mail it for me.  I wonder how long it will take Chase to properly update my account to include this payment of $1709.55.  I wonder if they will try to cash the two checks (one for the month of June and the other for the month of July 2010) that have not been cashed?
