CHASE HOME FINANCE - JP Morgan Chase Bank. NA CSR Jenneth "wouldn't give last name. was in the CA office Internet

I am attempting to buy another home in Des Moines, IA. At the last minute the underwriters for my new pending loan discovered that Chase Home Finance who is my current mortgage company had coded my current loan as Bankruptcy Chapter 7 but only on the TU Credit report.  The underwriters are asking for a letter from Chase saying this reporting is/was incorrect and to fax a letter immediately to my lender stating this info. Jenneth a Chase CSR from the CA office says they can not generate a letter like this as the letter must be in Chases' system and this letter is NOT.  Therefore this simple letter is not only preventing me from getting a loan, but preventing me from closing on June1,2010.  I have tried everything, called TU credit bureau who offered to file a dispute, which will take over 30 days. Chase acknowledged that they reported it incorrectly, and they said they will fix the credit report to say it was in a Chapter 13, but the Chapter 13 was in 2002 and discharged in 2003. I am completely upset because I may lose the house I want to buy and if it doesn't close by June 30th I will lose the $6500 rebate.  How can I get Chase to send the letter the underwriters are requesting? My new loan will be a FHA loan. HELP!
