Our Home Owners Association purchased a diving board from this company, we received the board just fine, however our local public health inspector informed us we could not install the board at our pool. So we contacted Cheap Pool Supplies and requested a RMA. Cheap Pool Supplies approved our RMA request and we then sent the board back and have confirmation they received it. It has now been over 2 months and we have not received a refund nor any communication about our refund. We have sent countless emails but never once do we receive a response.
We are now pursuing legal action and looking to see if we can have criminal charges brought against them. I will provide an update as this process continues
My advise, please do not do any business with this company.
