Never book your flight with CheapOair. It’s a booking site only. CheapOair does not care. When they have your money there is nothing else they do. Not even the guarantee that your flight is booked, and you pay more money than at the airline itself.


I had paid $100. In bogus cancellation insurance. CheapOair is not there when you need them. They have your money and that is all they care about.

My wife and I missed our flight due to a travel document. I made the fight the next day. The airline would have changed my flight at a small fee. Because i booked with CheapOair I had to pay the full fare over again. I now understand that CheapOair not means that their prices are Cheap, but that THEY are "Cheap"

Dear Sir, our apologies for the inconvenience you experience. When customer's purchase tickets online, they are acting as their own travel agent, therefore they are responsible for making sure they have the proper documents for travel, such as passport and visa. Insurance that you purchased, we provided you the complete coverage benefits, and not having citizenship documents is not a covered reason. It's not that we didn't want to assist you, it's that we have to collect the change fee, and the air fare difference that is mandated by the rules of your ticket.
