The bottom-feeders at Chemical Bank in Beaverton, Midland and Gladwin Michigan used altered, forged bank documents to foreclose on homes and farms in Michigan.
After obtaining a loan, Chemical Bank then ALTERS the date on loan forms, and in some cases, actually FORGE the signatures on these documents.
After losing my home to foreclosure, Chemical Bank stupidly sent me copies of their documents ... when compared to the originals, they had back-dated the loan papers two months, and FORGED both my signature and my wife's signature. THEN FORCLOSED!
They did the same thing to a neighbor who owned a large Dairy Farm ... he was able to sell-off all his farm equipment, and file bankrupsy. Local law enforcement did NOTHING.
The Gladwin County Sheriff refused to take action.
The Beaverton P.D. refused to take action.
Further investigation shows both the Sheriff and Police Chief were on the Chemical Bank Board!! - These losers all belong in Jail, but when they're all in on it, who can you turn to?
The Chemical Bank CROOKS should all be in jail !!!

The Michigan State Attorney General and the FBI now investigating Chemical Bank as to FRAUD, Forgery and embezzlement!
