Chic Little Devil - Michelle Wendell Chic Little Devil Just as the others said: A complete Scam Internet

I have never posted anything on a website before but I am so disappointed, angry, and feel so completely scammed that today I am. I sent this message to Ebay this morning and hope to hear back from them promptly. I recieved three messages in a row from her as soon as I posted my negative feedback begging me to change my feedback for a full refund but I am not going to lie for her so she can falsely con people into buying her items. I truly wish I had discovered this website prior to buying that ebay item.

"I emailed Michelle Wendell (owner of Chic Little Devil) through her personal email address and recieved an email in return via my ebay email promising a full refund if I changed my feedback to positive. That is not how feedback should work, nor should I lie to other consumers about the products this woman sells.

The item I bought was a Cynthia Vincent NWT but when it arrived it had no tags - no label indicating the designer nor even a size tag, which leads me to believe this is not a Cynthia Vincent. Also, for someone selling something as NWT, the hem was fraying, the buttons fell off immediately when I put it on and the dress is in overall not new condition.

I have done further research on RipoffReport.com (http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/michelle-wendell.aspx) and see that I am not the first person to have this problem, nor am I the first person she has contacted via email to say she will give full refund only for positive feedback. However, the other person who changed their feedback did not even get their refund and now has no dress and no money back. Please let me know the best course of action for recieving my refund for an item not as described. If necessary for further proof, I will contact Cynthia Vincent to see if this dress is in fact one of hers."
