trhank you I filed a report with the santa moica district court.  I was just talking to one of my girlfriends from so cal about what I went through and she has heard of Michell Wendell (my girlfriend's a make up artist in LA) and she said she never knew that...i told her i want to expose her nationally with what she has done by contacting KCAL 9 news and she said she know's a couple of the reporters there because she worked with them...keep all your documents as I have and I'll talk to her some more and possible get in contact with one of the reporters. btw your contact info didn't show up because this forum won't let you post it.  go file with the district court...here's what another ripped off cosumer gave me

Thank you guys for helping me out.  I have filed a reprot with the Santa Monica District court.  I tried to file a compalint and charges here in edmonton police department but they stated it's an international matter so I'm really glad I was able to file down in the states.  I know it's crazy but I still have the envelope that she sent me with her filling out the custom's document where it states "contents" she wrote "Documents".  aslo i still have ALL her emails to me even the one that stated that she would refund me if i change my - fb on ebay.  She never did.  She's a horrible excuse for a human being and i hope that she will get a taste of her own medicine one day and have her exposed as a fraud.  I was thinking about contacting KCAL 9 news and giving them this story since  I have evidence of what she did and seems like everyone does too.  I felt bad for the other lady in toronto where Michelle wendell took a $4000 LV bag and filed a dispute of never receiving the item...if she paid by credit card she will most likely file a chargeback with her credit card company.  She seems to have enough money to sell/buy things...don't know why peopel like her like to take people for a ride? and to think she deals with certain "celebrities".  She needs to be exposed!!!

Hi, I've been ripped off by Michelle Wendell too!

Judging from the date of your report Michelle has not changed her scamming ways. I am prepared to take whatever legal action necessary to make sure Michelle faces criminal charges for her fraudulent behavior.  If you would like to help out could you please provide me with your name/info so I can add it to my list of consumers she's ripped off. (((ROR redacted))) 

By the way...I am originally from Edmonton as well, but moved to Toronto a few years ago! Seems she really likes to rip off Canadians!
