Lauren Hurst / CPS Child Protective Services took my children away Planoplano Texas

In late february my two year old and my 2 month old son were taken from me by a cps caseworker named lauren. The reason was because of a urine drug test that came back positive for cocaine. I cried to lauren to please give me another test that day because I have never done drugs but she refused.I asked if my children could be placed with my mom instead of foster care she told me no because she had to leave. She asked me questions about their health. I told her my daughter is autistic and had an ear infaction and my son was born two months early and was recovering from r.s.v. and pnuemonia.The next day I called her and asked if she could send me somewhere to get another drug test because i knew that something wasn't right about the urine test. She made an appointment with sur scan todo a hair strand test that would go back for at least 90 days. I agreed to do it. The day before i received laurens report and she stated that when she took children they seemed fussy so she took them to the e.r. she said that my daughter had a 105 fever and an ear infection and my son had an upper respitory illness. And that their health was in danger also on top of my so called drug use.and that I had stated that my daughter was autistic but showed no documents . So she dismissed it. Two days later my results came from my hair test and they were negative. I also had documents stating that my daughter is autistic and i got their pediatrian to write a statement saying that i had been taking my children in for their check ups. Lauren said the hair test wouldn't make that much of a difference . and that the judge would probably not give them back. since then I have had three visits with my children and my son had a rash so bad that his butt was rotten from his bowel movements being left on him for to long. I took pictures of it to take to court. Not only that but my daughter had a rash also and I noticed that for every visit she had on the same outfit and that it smelled.I also asked if my daughter was with someone who is licensed to care for a child with autism. She said no and later I found out that she didn't report it to casa.My children are clearly not being taken care of by their foster mom and lauren shouldn't be allowed to get away with what she has done to my family. My court date is april the 9th 2007 and i am praying that the judge will question why the urine test came back positive . And the hair test came back negative because it goes back at least 90 days. I do believe that there was a mistake made with the urine test and lauren doesn't want to accept the fact that she made a mistake. anyone who can give me advice or tell me my rights please feel free . thank you
