Children's book of the month club trying to collect money from my business for a book i never got or never ordered Unknown Internet

For the last 10 years Childrens Book of the Month club has been trying to collect $86.00 from my engineering company for childrens books that were supposed to be purchased in 2004. Now they have hired a collection agency which apparently is not doing a back ground check if these charges are justified.

They have my company phone number correct and my personal name correct but the mailing address is to an address that has never been mine or my company and the phone number they have is my company's phone number.

Why would I order childrens books for my food processing engineering company?

I would never have my excellent credit score be ruined for $86.00 if I indeed had ordered and received Childrens books.But this is a scam and I do not give in to scams or bullying.

When I checked the internet I saw that there are several hundred complaints about similar scams from Childrens book of the month club. It took me an hour to find a phone number of this company and tried to call them. Left messages. Nobody ever answerred the phone and nobody ever called me back. They are obviously in hiding.

So I would urge anyone getting wrong charges or charges for books they never got or ordered,  to never give in to their treaths and bulying and maybe at some point we will find an attorney to file a classaction suit against this company for fraudulent charges and bulying innocent customers.
