I was approached by CIS in February 2008. The sales reps name was Andrew. He had a very low-key southern manner to him. I think he was from Virginia or some other southern state. I didn't bite on his pitch, but some slick guy named Andrew kaiser called me the next day and he graciuosly reduced the start-up fee from $6000 to $3000, and I unfortunately fell for it. The person I called once no leads were coming in was Natalie Hoffman. She had every excuse in the book, but truth be told, she and her croonies are all con artists. I would be interested in pooling our money together to retain a lawyer to try to get some money back or at least put them away for awhile.

William Price, Chiro Income Solutions rebuttal to his rebuttal.

AUTHOR: Anonymous Joe - (U.S.A.)

Chiro-Income Solutions Do NOT trust anything William Price, Natalie Hoffman or Casey Gelvin has to say. . . Covina California

I notice William Price's rebuttal to all the complaints on here on December 8, 2008.
Do not believe a word of any of it. They are no better than Madoff. Everyone who has been scammed needs to head to your local FBI office and demand action.
In this country, you cannot get something for nothing. Its called fraud! By them avoiding to perform their duties they are committing fraud.

For the record. I did pay him in full. I waited for them to do the ads. When I asked, when the ads are going to go out, Natalie Hoffman would tell me, in the winter, because thats the time most accidents happened. That made sense to me, so I kept paying and took them at their word. Winter came and went. I called them, and asked what is going on? I spoke with William Price, and now he tells me SPRING is the best time to run the ads. I told him your staff told me winter, and you guys keep blowing me off. Saying the ads are on this day, etc. He started double talking, and then said, read your contract, line 12. And I say, what does that mean? And he taught me a very expensive lesson, "Written law, verbal bullshit." Those were his words. Despicable.

I demanded my money back. It is SUBSTANTIAL, and I am embarrassed to reveal how much. But that was his response. "Written law, verbal bullshit. My attorney said that it is an "illusory contract." Meaning its meant to commit fraud and not enforceable in court. Civilly, its expensive to go after these individually. Criminally, it is fraud. And I have contacted the FBI. I hope and pray others have too. The findings in the criminal court can be used in civil court, especially when the standard of proof is higher in criminal. Fraud and mistake have the same evidence. The difference being intent. As chirorpactors, insurance companies accuse us of fraud when it is a mistake. This guy wants us to think that he has made mistakes when in actuality he has commited fraud! With this many victims, intent is clear. Fraud on the part of William Price, Natalie Hoffman, Casey Gelvin, et al. I await a call from their attorney, but doubt it. My practice is finally starting to grow, the right way, not ambulance chasing, and I am going to have the funds to research him and hopefully bring justice.

Make no mistake, what they have done is criminal. They are no better than Madoff. In fact, when I spoke with other attorneys, attorneys used to fall for these scams all the time. Now they are wise to it. Let us chiropractors learn from this most despicable of people. There is a special place in hell for him and his ilk. And God willing, in Federal Prison also

Chiro Income Response to complaints

Rip Off Report

Re: Complaints

Dear Rip Off Report:

This letter is written in response to many misleading and inaccurate accusations made by various members of CIS. To fully address these complaints it is necessary to explain the nature of the company, the contractual service it provided, and the unfortunate circumstances regarding the company.

Chiro-Income Solutions (CIS) was a chiropractic referral service which offered Cooperative Advertising and Marketing on behalf of its members. To accomplish this, we solicited a select number of chiropractors in each market to pool their advertising dollars into a professionally produced campaign. We then executed a strategic mass media campaign which advertised to victims under the name Accident Solutions. When consumers responded to this campaign, they were directly connected to our members. We were so confident in our ability to achieve results through this unique brand of marketing, that we offered our members a money-back guarantee if they did not achieve results as promised.

The success of Chiro-Income Solutions was based on our ability to predict the fluctuations in each market and ONLY advertise when conditions were optimal. This prevented us from wasting our members' advertising dollars during the slow periods. This meant that we sometimes choose NOT to advertise for many months at a time and then channeled all our efforts into just one month of advertising with triple the results! This method was thoroughly explained to members before they signed onto the program, and stated in Terms and Conditions of our contract.

A few members of CIS apparently misunderstood our advertising process and began to defame the company's reputation based on those misunderstandings. Negative reports against CIS were posted at www.ripoffreport.com, which fostered a widespread distrust about the marketing program. As a result, CIS were unable to recruit new members into the program and current members were unwilling to submit their monthly payments. These members breached their contracts, but still expected to achieve the projected results.

I personally contacted several of these members to explain our marketing program and the limitations that were being placed on CIS as a result of nonpayment. Still, the negative press continued, and ultimately, caused irreparable damage to my company's reputation.

Once CIS could no longer sustain the financial hardship, I made the difficult decision to close our doors. Contractually, CIS is owed in excess of $250,000.00; however, we have chosen not to pursue delinquent members due to the financial climate and the circumstances surrounding our predicament. In fact, once CIS decided to shut down, we immediately abstained from accepting monies from members and any checks received were not cashed.

It was not the intention of CIS to scam chiropractors. Our marketing concept was solid, strong, and proven to be successful. However, it needed to be executed as described on the written Agreement in order to be effective. Once the written Agreements were breached, the program was thrown off balance and it became difficult to impossible for CIS to perform as intended. The misrepresentations and slander on www.ripoffreport.com exacerbated the matter. CIS has since filed bankruptcy as a final resolution. All members will be contacted by our bankruptcy attorney regarding this final procedure. Thank you for allowing me to explain my side of this unfortunate situation.

Sincerely,

William Price
CIS
