Chiro Income Solutions Ripped Off in Seattle!! Covina California

I also was sucked in by the promise of "win-win" for this advertising scam. I did my research too. No negative information out there about this company. So I signed on. I am supposed to be the exclusive chiro for my geographical radius. Like everyone else's complaints against this company, we have made numerous calls to ask when the ads will be run. Each time either my wife or I received the same "canned" response from Natalie "I'll let you know 2-3 days before the ads air". Never received a commitment on days or times for the ads. I made 1 payment to them.

When the next payment was due we demanded a commitment on dates. She said "the marketing department doesn't let me know until 2-3 days beforehand". I held off sending that payment. I was contacted FIVE times 2 months after signing a contract by their sales staff saying they were searching for additional chiro's in my "exclusive" region. I complained about the calls to the sales staff, even attempted to speak with their supervisor who said "I don't have time, tell him to call the corporate office"!

I attempted to contact Natalie and Mr. Price regarding what I felt was a breach of contract on their part from the sales calls and the fact that we had been given no commitment for ads. Mr. Price never returned my calls. I contacted my sales rep on their personal cell #, this person no longer worked for this company and advised me to contact an attorney and not send anymore money. Natalie returned my calls about 2 weeks later and her only explanation was again her canned response. She even went in to a long marketing strategy explanation which my wife countered each of her statements with factual marketing information.

We demanded a refund of the 1 payment sent, Natalie refused a refund. We told her no more money until she made a commitment and followed through with the services provided as part of my contract. I am hearing this same script from each and everyone of the previously posted reports! I filed a complaint with the BBB along with requesting a refund, Chiro-Income failed to respond to BBB's requests. I then filed a complaint with the WA State Attorney Generals Office; they are unable to assist with this matter. The BBB has now changed this company's status to an F. I suppose my next course of action is to now assess attorney fees to see what can be done to get a refund of my money. This is a mess!!! I have seen some scams and this one is at the top of my list! It appeared completely legitimate. Please pass along the word about this unscrupulous company!
