on 1/21/2013 a charge was made to my bank account by an unknown source green bean coffee located in Henderson, Nevada. I had to cancel and put hold my my account until I could find out who this was. This charge was not possible as I do not live any where near there. I called the phone number the bank gave me tied to the purchase and the phone kept going dead after a few rings.
A package arrived where I do live today, two days later and I looked up the address of Choice Green Coffee, P O Box 30816 Salt Lake City, UT 84130. I do not know who this is and apparently is is supposed to be a weight loss supplement. I want my money back in my account and need to report internet and website abuse, as this product was not ordered and I do not know how they got my information. Looks like this is happening to other people too.
